Philadelphia Police Officers and firefighters jumped into the muddy waters of the tacony creek to try and pull the teen out. There wasnt much of a current. We couldnt see the bottom. We just had to feel along bottom. Just before 64 00 teenagers were swimming in a dangerous spot along the tacony creek on fishers lane just off ramona avenue in juniata park. Is a 15 year old boy went under this bridge in eight to 10 feet of water. Police say he couldnt swim. And he went under and did not resurface.
