That may well have some logic to it but it shouldnt detract from the figures. The us now has more than 2. 5 million cases. And that surge has brought about a return to restrictions in some of the first states to reopen. Florida has passed 10,000 infections while arizona matched its earlier record of 3,500 new cases.
