Return ballots, theres a bar code unique to that voter. We scan it into our system. We know if weve gotten the same baroded ballot back from the same voter. And then we will only count one of those bal lots from that voter. The maryland state board of elections says if you do send in two ballots, only the second ballot with the later date will count.
