According to the chief, hes accused of engaging in Sexual Conduct with a 37yearold woman who is not considered able to give consent. I believe there were some observations made by staff that led to this breaking. It very similar to what you see in a Sexual Assault involving children where theres an inability to concept or communicate properly. Reporter isn released a Statement Today saying it was immediately reported and the employee immediately terminated.
