New deadly threat. Hello. A South African judge has granted prosecutors permission to appeal against the conviction of os scar pistorius of culpable homicide. It will now go to the Supreme Court of appeal. He was given a five year term in october. Prosecutors describe that as shockingly right. The judge has been giving her reasons for allowing the appeal. I have been persuaded that the questions in respect of count one set out by the applicant of questions of law.
