San jose main jail here in downtown san jose where the armed suspect is surrounded by police and sheriffs deputies. It started around 1 30, 2 00 in the morning. According to the Sheriffs Office the suspect, an arrestee started firing off a gun we believe he somehow got from Law Enforcement. We also believe he might be barricaded within a squad car.
