Not showing that you eat meat you get cancer. the studies are showing a higher correlation of cancer with increased consumption of especially processed meats. to be safe, you eat fewer processed meats. be safer, eat less red meat. i think the tendency or what i would recommend is to eat less meat and to eat better meat that's meat that's raised on sustainable farms without antibiotics and so on and so forth. we know that we can raise meat more safely. we can eat less. we can spend a little more on a smaller amount. so our budget doesn't change that much. this seems to be what makes sense. more...
