Police have barricades ready to deal with what is sure to be a zoo. At an actual zoo animal keepers in oakland are trying to keep the animals warm. These tortoises are not used to frigid nights. A lot of our animals at the zoo come from more tropical environments and need more heat than we have in the bay area.
