i'm michelle griego. >> hi, everyone. i'm frank mallicoat. >> federal investigators are on their way to washington state right now to figure out how the bridge collapsed. >> and that bridge on interstate 5 about an hour north of seattle crumbled last night. officers and witnesses say it happened after a tractor- trailer carrying a heavy load hit the span. the truck got through but two vehicles fell into the water. three people were rescued, nobody seriously injured. rough day. glad to be here breathing. it's a big puff of dust, and i hit the brakes. >> there will be tremendous impact...
