So the fcc tried to in a pragmatic way put into place rules that insure theres not blocking of traffic, theres not degradation of traffic on the internet and so forth. But they also sought comment on a variety of other different approaches. So i think given the complexity of the situation, given all of the politics involved and all of the questions involved in this, i think they did a pretty good job.
