This bill, after weighing all considerations and sides of it, it is basically a 49 billion increase from one year to the next. 22 billion of it goes to our military, 9 billion goes to our veterans. It also has a provision providing for its ability with no restrictions for border security, 7 billion or 8 billion that could be used to secure our borders, for deterrence, asylum and Detention Centers and care.
