এবার যে বাঙালি আলেম হজের খুতবা অনুবাদ করবেন

অন্যান্য বছরের ন্যায় এবারও হজের খুতবা বাংলায় অনুবাদ করা হবে। বাংলার পাশাপাশি এই খুতবা আরও নয়টি ভাষায় অনুদিত হবে।
এ বছর হজের খুতবার বাংলা অনুবাদক হিসেবে মনোনীত হয়েছেন বাংলাদেশের কক্সবাজার জেলার মাওলানা আ.ফ.ম ওয়াহীদুর রহমান। তিনি বর্তমানে মক্কা ইসলামী সেন্টারে দাঈ হিসেবে কাজ করছেন।
দুই পবিত্র মসজিদের খাদেম কর্তৃক গৃহীত হারামাইন শরীফাইন ও আরাফার খুতবার তাৎক্ষনিক অনুবাদ প্রকল্পের অংশ হিসেবে মসজিদে হারাম ও মসজিদে নববী পরিচালনা পরিষদ এ তথ্য জানিয়েছে।
হিজরি ক্যালেন্ডার অনুযায়ী, প্রতি বছর আরবি জিলহজ মাসের ৯ তারিখ আরাফাত ময়দানে হজের খুতবা অনুষ্ঠিত হয়। এই আরাফাতের ময়দানেই মহানবী হযরত মুহাম্মদ (স.) বিদায় হজের ভাষণ দিয়েছিলেন।
মহামারী করোনাভাইরাসের কারণে এবারও ‘সীমিত আকারে’ হজ্ব পালনের পরিকল্পনা করেছে সৌদি আরব।
উল্লেখ্য, বাংলাসহ অন্য যে ভাষায় সম্প্রচার হবে হজের খুতবা তা হলো- ইংরেজি, ফ্রেন্স, তুর্কি, মালাইউ, চায়নিজ, উর্দু, ফার্সি, রাশিয়ান ও হাউসা।
