Well, you know, in some ways you cant extrapolate too much from this ruling but the very individual significance for pennsylvania is why democrats are so happy about this ruling. Pennsylvania is such a critical state, particularly for joe biden. It makes his path to 270 much easier. But its a state that democrats were really worried about in terms of how quickly theyd be able to count ballots, in terms of how long people would have to submit their ballots.
