Voices were raised. The police say a City Employee was assaulted and two people were taken into custodyright outside the chambersa hot button issue with a violent outcome. Rent and evictions were at the front of everyones thoughts. The tennants are saying things are out of control and landlords are raising rents left and rightcashing in on the current boom. The landlords are saying everything is more expensive these days and rents are still lower than in other parts of the bay area.
