>> yeah, ayman, i think that's exactly right. this is both a moment of opportunity endanger for ukrainians. the opportunity that the chaos in russia leads to breakdown of military discipline on the russian lines, that the russian lines break, that ukrainian forces are able to make major gains. we have not seen that so far. but the danger is what you said. it's that vladimir putin, backed into a corner, feels he needs to be even tougher in ukraine. that he cannot afford to be seen to be weak. vladimir putin at various points has made veiled references to the nuclear warheads and that keir was talking about. he has said he is going to move tactical nuclear weapons from russia into belarus, which neighbors ukraine also. so ukraine increasingly encircled by a ring of russian nuclear weapons. so be careful what you wish for

they weren't willing to send their own forces. so it's not at all clear that they are going to be able to make nice and go back to fighting side by side. the fervent hope of the ukrainians is that this chaos in russia is going to lead to some kind of break down a military discipline on the battlefield. that it will create some kind of opening that ukrainian forces currently conducting that counteroffensive in the southeast can go through. off until this point, we have not seen that breakdown. even with wagner mercenaries leaving southern ukraine and crossing back into russia. marching north toward moscow. it does not appear that the ukrainian officials have been able to exploit that they. been able to find weaknesses in the russian lines. as we've been saying, the situation is far from settled. it may very well be that if vladimir putin feels that he is effectively fighting a war on two fronts now, trying to shore up his authority at home, even as he prosecutes this invasion here in ukraine, it may very well be that the ukrainians
