Then a lot of the crowd that gathered here at Mission Dolores park started to make their way northeast. Thats where Mission Police station is. Where that station is located. Just about a half mile away from the park. But, you can see, right here, even some of the social distancing circles. About 20 minutes ago, you could not see it. Its was that backed. There has been movement already. People making their way outside, i talked to organizers before this protest started. They said they wanted it to be peaceful today. This is a student led demonstration that began at mission high at 4 00 this afternoon. And they made their way a half mile from mission high and misdolores park to the Mission Substation at 17th and valencia. They have been out here for a while. They are loud. And they are at times applauding the Police Officers. We want to show you a piece of video my photographer shot a little while ago. It is of a San FranciscoPolice Officer taking a knee with the crowd here at 17th and valencia. Reporter well, allen, take a look across the street from me right now, we are at 17th and valencia. We have a crowd on their knees chanting hands up, dont shoot in front of the Mission Substation here at 17th and valencia. We are not surprised to see a crowd this large. This was organized by students at Mission High School. It is a school known for civic activism and civic pride. And those students have taken to the streets here in front of the Mission Substation this afternoon. This is a neighborhood that is not, that is quite used to seeing some form of police violence.
