In texas, communities are mourning, and the damage from yesterdays storms is extensive. And today, another outbreak of at least 11 tornadoes across mississippi and alabama. The radar map shows the threat of tornadoes now moving east with another round of Severe Weather expected tomorrow in parts of pennsylvania and upstate new york.
