نفذت بلدية المنطقة الجنوبية حملة واسعة تمت فيها إزالة نحو 100 فرشة مخالفة للباعة الجائلين الأجانب في منطقة رأس زويد، وشملت الحملة إزالة فرشات مخالفة للأسماك والفواكه والخضروات، وأخرى للملابس والاكسسوارات، إلى جانب المواد الغذائية التي لا تنطبق عليها المعايير الصحية والتي لها مخاطر وأضرار على الصحة العامة.
بلدية الجنوبية تقوم مشكورة بحملات دورية ومستمرة لتنفيذ حملات الإزالة على إشغالات الطريق المخالفة في الشوارع الرئيسة والطرقات والأحياء السكنية، وإخطار المخالفين لاشتراطات البناء والإضافات غير المرخصة في المنازل، بالإضافة إلى أن الكثير من العمالة السائبة نجدها تفترش الأرض خارج الأسواق دون دفع رسوم بلدية أو إيجار أو رسوم سوق العمل وغيرها التي يلتزم بها أصحاب المحلات، حيث يبيعون بشكل غير قانوني ومنهم من يبيع بضاعة فاسدة، وآخرون منظرهم أشبه بالمتسولين.
ومن هنا كانت محاسبة المخالفين ومصادرة بضاعتهم حال استمرارهم، ومن وجهة نظري لابد من الاتفاق على ضوابط صارمة تحاسب الفاعل، للحد من هذه الظاهرة، وعلى المسؤولين في هيئة تنظيم سوق العمل وكل جهة مسؤولة وضع قانون وإجراءات كفيلة بردعهم، وضوابط قادرة على إيقافهم.
يجب وضع استراتيجيات تعمل على تطوير قانون تنظيم الباعة الجائلين وتوفير موظفين متفرغين، وتحديد الجهة المسؤولة والصلاحيات اللازمة للقضاء على هذه الظاهرة.
