S. , japan and the European Union have now agreed to apply more economic pressure in the form of sanctions over moscow support for rebels fighting the ukrainian government. U. S. President barack obama said the sanctions will take direct aim at the russian arms, and the finance sectors. Russia is once again isolating itself from the International Community setting back decades of genuine progress, and it doesnt have to come to this. It didnt have to come to this.
