Mass shooting in Santa Barbara in 2014 where i called for us to pass a pause that gives family and friends who fear their loved one is going to use a gun in a dangerous way, give them a way to temporarily stop that loved one from obtaining a gun and do it legally through a court hearing. California passed that law. We did nothing. No action. When is it finally going to happen when were going to do something . I would urge every Single Person watching this debate to watch the votes.
