we start in belgium. authorities there have extended their highest terror alert amid fears of more coordinated attacks like the ones in paris nine days ago. schools and subways will remain closed monday as authorities stay vigilant watching for any signs of danger. on sunday police staged 20 antiterror raids. they arrested 16 people but did not find any gun or explosives. they also did not find this man, salah abdeslam. now he's the most wanted man in europe. meanwhile, french authorities are posting this photo of a man they say was one of the paris suicide bombers. they're asking the public for any information about him. they did not mention his name. cnn's max foster is in paris, a city still reeling from the attacks nine days ago. he joins us live. max, the manhunt for the suspected eighth paris attacker is on going. what can you tell us about the status of the investigation?
#missing children. >> she was last seen in her home august 11th. the teenager has a mental illness and she wasn't taking her medication. on sunday police started searching for her. yesterday rosie asked the public for help tweeting this chelsea and her dog bear may be in new york city. the teenager was found at a home in the jersey shore after friends tell police chelsea contacted them. she pinged her cell phone and police then notified rosie. >> i contacted her about the status and welfare of her daughter. she is relieved that chelsea is okay. >> police are looking into whether or not chelsea was going to see her birth mother in wisconsin. the woman telling radar on-line she spoke to the teenager earlier this month. she asked me where i was living because she was going to come see me.
come back home, but according to investigators a safe return is not likely. abc's linsey davis reports from maine. >> reporter: for the family and friends searching for jerry predomo it was the worst kind of news. the 31-year-old florida firefighter and father of two mysteriously vanished 11 days ago. his car found in this walmart parking lot after he drove to bangor, maine to visit a friend. on sunday police searched this home. it belongs to the father of 24-year-old daniel porter. he had & his girlfriend cheyenne nowak may have been the last people to see perdomo. police were spotted removing a carpet and other items. porter and nowak left town after perdomo disappeared, bought a used car and abandon the one they'd been driving. police questioned them but have not called them suspects. >> you know, it's concerning but at this point we're going to keep putting flowers up and we're going to find him.
