A gas leak in al moe has been repaired and yesterdays Evacuation Orders have been lifted. Work crews ruptured a natural gas line yesterday morning. An Evacuation Order severalling several businesses and homes lasted almost five hours. The gas line was broken by an east bay mud crew digging to locate a water pipe. As we were digging to our work, the marks were off. So our crew hit a half inch gas line. Many were confused wondering if they should evacuate too. County officials have launched an investigation.
