Bill i dont know what to say. Bill you are chasing a storya story about a homeless woman in Hells Kitchen who has a lot of carts and has caused a bit of controversy. The homeless order who runs Hells Kitchen is rebuilding her empire, and she now has eight carts. Nobody is going to stop me. I have been chasing her since march. The next day when i found her she was beginning to rebuild. You done a good job of getting your stuff back. On monday i spent five hours looking for her. When i finally found her, she was angry.
