The inspector also found rat poison on the floor in the storage room and under an employee hand washing station.
According to the report, a re-inspection will be made when the cooler has been repaired.
More than half of the establishments inspected this past week had no violations, according to Greene County food inspection reports.
Food establishments in Greene County are inspected one to three times per year.
