this is a story we've been following for about 30 minutes or so. four workers were trapped on this draw bridge and now we see, thankfully, the fourth worker walking safely down that ladder. the draw bridge was undergoing construction by the florida department of transportation. the hydraulics of the bridge apparently failed while in the upward position. that's what you see there and there were at one point four workers who were in the harness or actually secured in their harnesses who were on the bridge and now we see the fourth worker rescued from what had to be a pretty scary incid...
