Flames are affecting the morning commute . Thats right. We are looking at live pictures from sky fox on the left and this is video on the right of the fire earlier. The townhomes you see on the left were adjacent to the fire. This is macarthur boulevard near 580 as gasia mentioned. Earlier in the morning flames were clearly visable. Most of us who got to work early could see the fire from miles away. These are pictures showing the firefighters working on the townhomes that were exposed to the fire building. These townhomes had been evacuated and thats why firefighters report that no one was hurt. Nevertheless, extensive damage to these townhomes. They are still fighting that fire. The construction site across the street is a complete loss. Thats going to be a big mess. And sab pablo avenue into this area, which normally carries a lot of traffic, is shut down in the area.
