Yesterday felt was summer. I was loving it soaking up that sun and heat. We got up to 87 yesterday. It was a little bit muggy for my taste even if you do like warmer weather. Personally i dont mind the heat, when i run, but running in the humidity, no. It is sticky. Yes. No pun intended. That is what i was going for. It is not a bad morning out there, even just spectating for the rock and roll Half Marathon. If you know anybody running make sure you help them stay hydrated throughout the race.
