Hearing of the House Armed Services subcommittee of readiness of the House Armed Services subcommittee on the continued oversight of the transfer of excess military equipment to civilian Law Enforcement agencies to order. I would like to begin by recognizing the dedicated service of our readiness secretary clerk. This will be her last official event for our subcommittee and i want to personally thank her for her contributions to our efforts in the past year.
