Most of which which represented some good news, but also in the larger picture, it was what might be considered not a success, but a flop. More than 90 of some of their goals, if not all, failed. So for example, they boasted about 10,000 patrons having their fines forgiven. What they didnt say was 150,000 patrons, more than a third of the total current card holders owe 1 cent or more and has restricted use of the library. They boasted that 5,000 patrons had their borrowing privileges restored. They didnt boast that thats less than 10 of the 55,000 whose borrowing were re ....
