El secretario de Desarrollo Urbano, Hermilo Bedrán Ruiz, destacó la importancia de quitar el peso de la administración municipal al centro de Tuxtla Gutiérrez.En el marco de la Duodécima Bienal de Arquitectura Chiapaneca 2021, organizada por el Colegio de Arquitectos Chiapanecos A.C., el funcionario dijo que se está trabajando en una prueba piloto para que en las agencias municipales de la ciudad se realicen trámites de pagos y burocráticos. Enfatizó que de esta forma se le quita el peso al primer cuadrante de la capital, el cual carece de estacionamiento o áreas importantes, “necesitamos descentralizar”, subrayó. Es en las agencias municipales de Plan de Ayala, Las Granjas, Terán y Patria Nueva donde se está aplicando el proyecto, con la finalidad de evitar gastos y costos; “toda la gente que necesita un trámite, ocupa transporte público, y obviamente la ciudad no tiene uno de calidad”, dijo. Hermilo Bedrán refutó que no se puede tener en correcto funcionamiento de la ciudad si no se tiene un orden específico; “cuando llegamos a esta administración no lo tenía y no sólo en el tema administrativo, también en el tema de la ciudad”, indicó.Para lo cual, desde el Ayuntamiento municipal se han estado implementando proyectos para restablecer el orden, “respetando lo que tenemos y trabajando con los gremios y cámaras”, mencionó. “El Ayuntamiento tiene contacto con los organizados, quienes han aportado sus conocimientos y proyectos para fortalecer el correcto crecimiento de esta ciudad”, replicó. Y argumentó que también desde el ámbito institucional hay más comunicación con la Secretaría de Obras Públicas y con la Secretaría de Medio Ambiente: “Si queremos una ciudad ideal es importante que todas las áreas estén vinculadas”, reiteró.El funcionario también comentó que se está trabajando en un proyecto de bio-parques con la finalidad de evitar el crecimiento e invasión urbana hacia las áreas naturales protegidas, las cuales “cada vez están más desprotegidas”, dijo. Para lo cual se está pensando en modos para que la ciudadanía se sienta más acuerpada siempre con los servicios básicos adecuados.
