About the future of the spillway. Reporter right now there is concerns about not only the oroville dam but the states 1300 dams. Many that are decades old. Todays hearing focused on what happened at the oroville dam in february when spillway broke apart and the water had to be moved to another spillway that was broken down by erosion.
