The doors of the courthouse open around 7 30 this morning. Kathleen kane was convicted of master minding a leak of grand jury materials and lying about it under oath. Prosecutors are asking a judge to send cain straight to prison. But her attorneys will argue for probation and or house arrest. I did some digging this morning. Well, this morning, windstoked wildfires have forced the evacuations in two popular tourist towns in east tennessee. A mandatory evacuation was ordered for downtown gatlinburg as flames and choking smoke swept through and around the Great Smoky Mountain National park.
