I lead the scholars, the historians the curators at the museum who are in charge of producing exhibitions, the books a lot of the Educational Programs and symposiums, and work with a collection of about 824,000 objects. But i have a real interest in photography and we have also over 500,000 photographs in the National Museum of the American Indian archives center. So i have been working very hard in the years that ive been spent at this museum. I am a 30 year career at the smithsonian but i just joined the American Indian museum in the last year and these photographs are of much interest to me is an archivist.
