Cantor, the second most powerful republican in the house, was defeated by Tea Party Challenger dave brat. Brat won by a commanding 12 margin. It was an astonishing upset for cantor whose own internal polling showed him with a 34 ofpoint lead just last month. And cantor outraised his opponent by 261. Nbcs tracie potts joins us live.
