Summer is not a time off for a lot of people in our office. Weve been very busy this month, doing our annual performance and goalsetting process for the f. Y. 19, and setting there has been a lot from my experience, a lot of really valuable thought and conversation that has been going into that. Ive very much appreciated the staffs focus.
