And unfortunately we have a significant amount of work that we need to do, whether it be infrastructure at mission bay, whether it be Transportation Needs at mission bay, whether it be housing in mission bay and i do realize there are limits to where this funding can go. But i just think that they should be paying the entire amount up froth or paying the entire amount over the duration of the 30 years. I dont see why it should be discounted because the city is not collecting property taxes in any other instance from ucsf and in this particular case our one shot, our one chance at collecting some level of significant revenue is basically turned into a deal. I think they should pay the full amount and thats the reason why because there are no guarantees that theyll move out of the space.
