A.S. Adventure Group becomes Yonderland following restructuring

A.S. Adventure,
Bever and
Juttu, will henceforth go by the name of Yonderland. The new name stands for "a positive world in which we are constantly exploring and being open to wonder" and is the result of a major financial restructuring at the group. Earlier, it was announced that 85 million euros worth of debts were waived, but the banks will get half of the shares.

There is also a capital injection of 25 million euro, and the group has two new members on the Board of Directors. The former CEO of

Fashion agency Jonny Drama acquires rival BLD

Fashion agency Jonny Drama acquires rival BLD
Jonny Drama, the fashion agency owned by father and daughter team Robert and Lara de Keyser, has acquired a controlling stake in fellow London-based outfit BLD International from Julian Sterck.
Sterck will continue as a managing director of BLD International, and become sales director of the wider Jonny Drama group.
Robert de Keyser will remain as managing director of the group, while Lara will move into the newly created position of chief operations officer.
Former Moss Bros CEO Rowland Gee and former Jimmy Choo CEO Robert Bensoussan are minority shareholders in the newly merged entity.
