Philadelphia, 8yearold son. This as a septa bus was making a left turn on to washington. Thats when investigators say the mom and son accidentally got in the path of the bus. Bus was in motion. I suspect based on what i understand, they knew the bus was in motion. And they tried to outrun the bus as it was making its turn. She was struck by the right front of bus. The mother fell under the front tire and became entangled under the bus the boy was struck and is expected to be okay. His mothers injuries were too severe. She died at the scene.
