The European Union is at a crossroads, and the british Prime Minister, David Cameron, says if the blockheads towards the centralized political union, then it is not for him and not for britain. German chancellor Angela Merkel has chosen her words very carefully, responding at the World Economic forum in davos by voicing conditional optimism as far as europes future goes.
