Contrast to the heavy Police Presence earlier tonight. Police wont say whether he was armed, but they did say he assaulted one of their own. The incident that triggered the evenings chain of events, from what witnesses could tell, the mans activity on the roof was largely uneventful. He seems to be this lanky white dude in a black tee shirt. Hes just smoking cigarettes i dont know what hes smoking, but hes smoking something on the roof.
