This noon, the pilot of a gyrocopter that landed on the grounds of the u. S. Capitol is talking about what he did and why. Why thousands went without power in parts of philadelphia this morning. But the big story on action news this noon is the heavy rain thats caused flooding woes across the delaware valley. Thats right dryers found themselves stranded in water this morning. The action cam was in the wilmington finding a couple of cars that needed a tow after going into high water. Three vehicles were stalled in front of high water in front of the merchant square shopping center. You can see there was standing water on the roads but cars managed to get by, these children used a front stoop and umbrella to stay dry while waiting for the bus this morning.
