Shortterm so more discussion happens. I proposed this question and director chang as well. If you want to address that. Good morning, director chang, this process is very important, a high priority process for the city and its working its way around Public Comment and we are going to support the mta in having those meetings and conversations to address Community Concerns that are still outstanding. I would say to move this project forward through the design phase, i would be comfortable we do that with asking the mta come to these meetings to see how they are making progress on their Equity Analysis and to have more details presentations on specific lines and specific parts of the network, for example the 8 segment, the valley Second Degree segment and not neces ....

One if the new Program Areas we have is pedestrian lighting. The cities Better Cities plan was adapted and better street lights plan was, you know, express the cities interest in encouraging pedestrian lights in corridors. As the chair mentioned, you know, those commercial corridors was improved pedestrian left to right become more active spaces so it helps the city economically so in following the deposition of the better street light plan excuse me. My staff and i presented a light policy to the puc the puc accepts ownership for future pedestrian lights. As you see pedestrian left to right systems installed and the neighborhood improvements occur the puc accepts those pedestrian lights and becomes the owner and operator of those pedestrian light as well so when a development is happening for example. Uhhuh. And the project sponsor is required to upgrade the lights are those a ....

All title 6 report shows no impact to Minority Community or low income communities. Thats because over half of the routes that benefit under these proposals are minority and low income routes. The title six documents were included in your packet. Since the new circular came out, a pretty good change is that you will be adopting the title 6 analysis. Previously title 6 analysis was something we did and had on file with staff, but wasnt included in the board packet. Here is just an example of the map of the minority routes that benefit. These are routes that a percent of customers who use them exceed our citywide average of 58 percent. And then this shows the low income routes that would also get increased frequency. These are routes that exceed the citywide average of 51 percent. Even our least low income route though still has almost a quarter of its customers of low nvenlth in addition to doing the more formal title 6 analysi ....

Cover hoffman and douglas. While that does provide some basic access for folks what we heard is they are really trying to make connections to 24th street as the commercial street as well as to j and bart. So what we recommended is that the 58 when it is adopted that it be extended to cover the stops up on grand view which are on a very steep hill top and that the 49 48 would not move forward until the proposal is in played. The reason we recommend the 48 and not the 58 is the loop for the route and the others taking advantage of the service. Right now its in the middle of its route and everybody in the bus is traveling through that 5 or 6minute deviation as they try to reach other destinations. There were several routes that were modified prior to march 14th that the policy and Governance Committee supported and i do have those maps if any of those questions come up as a response to public feedback. Over all for these propos ....

Was awarded with the position of a congressman when they were not electing republicans congressman pete celebrated his commitment to everything having to do with veterans. General you mentioned that the citywide which is there should be looked at youre absolutely correct but think as mayor ed lee said in about six or seven months youre going to be able to come back and see the memorial promised in 1932 and finally delivered in this administration and there are 3 members singularly responsible. About 4 years ago the general the secretary and max started talking about producing for the veterans and they have preceded to get everyone involved so im proud mayor ed lee of San Franciscos effort and im proud of those 4 warriors that have done what needs to be done and choorlt told if he wanted to do Something Wonderful youve got to be dramatic and youve like that and im going to ....
