it's moving towards the party now. but the polling numbers are just one of the ways that this is showing up. he's endorsed nearly 100 candidates all across the country. in several of them, there has been blowback from the maga movement. it's the movement growing up and separating. saying we don't agree. we don't agree with that endorsement in texas. so there's daylight between him and the base and there's no issue that cap it is it more than vaccines. where trump did not mention the word vaccine at the rally on saturday after previously mentioning it at public events and getting cheers and boos from the crowd. he mentioned operation warp speed, but he didn't talk about vaccines. and that's a notable shift. >> you talked about what's happening at some of the of endorsements, and the example here of what happened with starbuck that comes to mind.

not really. [laughter] i'll give you a pass on that one. okay, this is a huge outgrowth of the pandemic that believe it or not, i think most people approve of, shannon. a survey of more than 600 americans ages 18 and older found that, get this, a whopping 98% use consumer digital ordering of some form in the past 18 months, so the question is, did you and do you have a favorite? >> shannon: oh, heck yeah. my thing is i use the starbuck app. my friend emily told me once you start using it it will never be the same. it's true, because i don't have sort of a funky, weird order, if you spend any time at starbucks, one pump of this, half of that. it is so much easier to just do it on the outcome especially now, you get your little mask on if your starbucks makes you wear it, go in and grab your stuff come and go. >> when i'm at the white house, there's a starbucks right on pennsylvania, so you just park your car, if you order click on your phone, by the time you get out of your car, walk over, pico go.

tyrus, what do i do, what do i do? >> i do that all the time whenever i agree with you. you're going to ask a lot of questions, spend a lot of time in the mirror. i just think this is [bleep] great, i'll never wait in line for with white people. excuse me, my starbuck days are over. privilege, this is ridiculous. i would just like to once again go back to the human being theme , the white people are like i'm so sorry, i'm like how many slaves did you own exactly? when did you let them go. did you give them their 40 acres ? >> i didn't do that, my father was a mechanic and my mother wa a teacher,. >> so you didn't participate in the slavery. how many lynchings have you attended. none. you should be ashamed of yourself right what is wrong

Along with uplifting news stories about the COVID-19 variants, former President Trump’s second impeachment trial, and Tom Brady’s unmitigated gall to continue winning Super Bowls that include terrible halftime entertainment, we’ve also been learning about new victims of the so-called “cancel culture,” in which individuals are randomly selected to be ostracized from the “We’re Good and You’re a Stinky Poo-Poo Head Club” of social and professional life.
Just recently, “The Mandalorian” star Gina Carano was “canceled” by Lucasfilm for her offensive social media posts — and for having larger biceps than most of her male co-stars. (Ironically, Baby Yoda continues to maintain celebrity status, even after heartlessly devouring several of the alien Frog Lady’s tadpole eggs in season two.)
