Structure of the constitution was saying that we dont need to enumerate rights because the assumption is you have a right unless a prohibition was created. How would you expand upon it more eloquently sins you teach this stuffs . I think that is an adequate description of the assumptions underlying our constitution, that the assumption was that if congress had limited power, it wouldnt have the ability to infringe rights in the first place.
