Reporter friends of the man are describing him as hector ortiz. Police are still trying to to piece together who would want him dead and why his wife and children are missing. What has happened leaving an empty feeling for manuel contr era s who casted oscar and kids as close family friends. He was so friendly with everybody. He was so friendly with everybody. He doesnt make trouble with anybody. Reporter he had divorced his wife alicia a few months ago. The relationship was strained. He only spoke to the kids mothers when she had visitation.
