Imagination Library announces 60 Days of Reading program


The Hopkinsville Christian County Imagination Library is challenging parents and children up to 5 years old to join their 60 Days of Reading Challenge, which began Thursday.
Participants must read at least 20 minutes each day and document the date, book title, minutes read and an adult signature on the reading log.
Reading logs can be picked up from the Hopkinsville-Christian County Public Library or printed off of the Hopkinsville Christian County Imagination Library’s new Facebook page.
Reading logs can be turned in at any time but must be completed by the challenge’s end date, Sept. 7.
The reading challenge is in collaboration with Save the Children Organization. They provided resources, tools and funding to encourage the youth of Christian County to read all summer long. ....
