Peaceful, with just a few counter protesters showing up. bret? bret: lucas tomlinson outside the live court. lucas, thanks. let s bring in chief legal correspondent anchor of fox news sunday shannon bream. good evening, shannon. we heard from the supreme court marshall today about this investigation. we did. bret, one of the questions left over after their internal report released yesterday were the justices among the dozens of employees who were questioned? so today the marshal stepped up and answered that question. she is the one who has led this internal investigation. she said this during the course of the investigation i spoke with each of the justices. several on multiple occasions. the justices actively cooperated in this process asking questions and answering mine. i followed up on all credible leads none of which implicated the justices or their spouses. on this basis i did not believe it was necessary to ask the justices to sign sworn affidavits but, bret, everybody ....
