Im frank mallicoat. Michelle is on assignment. An apartment complex went up in flames this morning sending dozens of tenants trying to escape the burning building. The sixalarm fire consumed several units on the top floor of this woodside road Apartment Building in redwood city. Flames spread quickly jumping from unit to unit and even brought down the roof.
