Legislative report. That report was released today and im requesting a hearing on the report so we can better understand the citys use of these conservatorships. Contributed to a decrease in the total l. D. S. Conservative caseload. Interestingly, that caseload has increased somewhat over the last year. Now one of the perhaps surprising things i learned from this report is San Francisco is conserving gravely disabled people at an alarming average and is ranked ninth among counties in its per capita rate.
