Budget deficit by 23 billion and would ease spending cuts by 63 billion over the next three years. Many in washington, the strategists, they are taking the bright side, congress got something done. We could have been bigger but this is washington and we just could never get a grand compromise, that is not in the cards. I think the deficit will continue to falter magically for the next two or three years. The new focus is not going to be outlays, the new focus is going to be on revenues.
